Percussion maestro 'Peruvanam Kuttan Marar' is a living legend in Kerala.
Being the limelight of most of "Pooram" festivals in Kerala for the last 3 decades,
performs most of the Melams including Panchavaadhyam and Pancharimelam.
Now itz Utsav Season in Kerala, and you could enjoy his magical Vaadhyams from Utsavas and Poorams.
This year, so far his presence blessed at Ernakulathappan Siva Temple, Poornathrayeesa temple in Ernakulam. One interesting thing I've noticed last couple of years is, the companion who is performing just right to him continues to be the same.
Notice him, he is a short old man(Kelath Aravindassksha Menon)
KuttanMaraar's home ground is Thrissivaperoor(Thrissur).
Poorams/Utsavas in Thrissur are yet to come.
